Trump’s deranged war on Iran is spiraling out of control. US bases are being pounded, neutralizing their ability to monitor, much less shoot down Iranian drones and missiles. But Iranian firepower is no threat to the US homeland 6,000 miles from Iran.
Not so for Israel which is being devastated by Iran’s enormous stockpile of drones and missiles. Having been dastardly attacked by Israel and the US last June while negotiating in good faith, unlike Israel and US, Iran was ready for dastardly attack 2.0.
Assassinating Iranian leader Ali Khamenei, the leader who issued a Fatwa prohibiting nuclear weapons, was astonishingly stupid. It had the opposite effect of encouraging the Iranian people to rise against the Islamic government to allow delusional Trump to pick a US puppet successor.
Iran’s response has been ferocious, creating both physical chaos and now societal unrest thruout Israel. Prime Minister Netanyahu, hoping to avoid Khamenei’s fate, is spending most of his time flying around the region while communicating with his beleaguered government and military. He doesn’t plan to go down with the Israeli ship of state.
Netanyahu is seeing the existential threat he unleashed upon Iran boomeranging back on Israel itself. That conjures up the worst nightmare scenario of this nightmare war. Will Netanyahu dip into his stock of 300 nukes and drop one on Tehran to stop further Israeli disintegration they brought upon themselves?
This possibility should have the hair on fire of everyone in the Trump administration promoting this senseless, self-destructive war. Then again, some of them are so deranged they view their folly as a holy war which will create Armageddon, bring Jesus back to earth to lift up to heaven those who believe, while us sane folks fall into hell. This madness is being fed to bewildered soldiers in dozens of military stations in every service branch.
2,473 nukes have been exploded in tests since the 2 nukes America fired in anger destroyed Hiroshima and Nagasaki 80 years ago. There are many reasons for this insane, unprovoked, criminal war to be ended. Topping the list is keeping Netanyahu from making nuclear explosion number 2,477 the first to obliterate a city since number 3 obliterated Nagasaki.

Is Netanyahu really stupid enough to nuke Tehran?
Sadly I suspect the answer is yes, but I hope for the future of the world that it’s no.
Israeli bombing assassinated Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, his daughter, granddaughter, daughter-in-law, and son-in-law. Khamenei’s wife, Mansoureh died from her injuries on 2 March.
Mojtaba Khamenei, the second son of the late Iranian supreme leader and one of the survivors, has been chosen as his father’s successor. But already Netanyahu and his buddy Donald have threatened to kill him.
Is it now accepted in international law that country leaders can be assassinated at will ? The International Criminal Court has a warrant out for the arrest of Benjamin Netanyahu for crimes against humanity but so far he has evaded arrest. Would it be deemed natural justice for him to be taken out by the people he seeks to eliminate ?
My moral compass is a bit wonky these days but, is it being antisemitic to suggest that this behaviour is barbaric ?
Benjamin Mileikowski, aka Netanyahu is a psychopath. The far right faction of his government want an “Armageddon”, they are psychopathic religious nutters. The Trump administration have been giving them all that they want, and indeed, clearly seem to be led by nose by Israel. Hegseth is a buffoon in charge of this illegal attacking of Iran.
He is drunk on power and seems to think that this is some gigantic version of a video war game. Then there is Trump – what is left to say about Trump other than what does Israel have that may be evident in the Epstein files?
Ever since ‘Liberation day’ there have been many discussing how can, for the sake of the USA, Trump be removed, and speculating about Trump’s health. That brings us to who would replace Trump prior to the next presidential election should Trump be removed from the scene? James Donald Bowman, aka JD Vance. How apt is the name Bowman, this guy has prostituted himself to get to the Vice-presidency. He might be even worse than Trump, should he get be commander-in-chief.
What could possibly go wrong? And Labor has given unqualified support for this war crime, it has tried to mislead the Australian public, it has made a laughingstock of us in the eyes of our neighbours by trying to avoid acknowledging the illegality of this war crime, and it drew us into this war crime by not withdrawing Australian sailors when the USA commenced executions on the high seas, piracy, and the invasion of Venezuela. Now, it is laying the groundwork for further involvement in this war crime.
Labor is continually taking us to ever darker places.
Israel wants to create a Greater Israel and dominate the region, to that end, together with the USA especially, but also the UK, France and at times Nato, it has been destabilizing, fragmenting and weakening any nation in the region with enough power to be a threat to its plans – Libya, Iraq, Syria and Iran. These plans, both Israeli and US, have been well-documented.
Would it use nuclear weapons? my guess is yes, and when that happens, we are so deep in the ‘law of the jungle’ realm that it may be out of reach of any diplomatic resolution. It would come down to a consideration of is Iran going to inflict enough damage on Israel and the world economy that the threat of Israel’s own military turning on Mileikowsky, aka Netanyahu, in which case I think Israel would use nukes.
Israel was given carte blanche on its genocide, it has become so embolden as to be an existential threat to world peace. Where was Australian leadership?

Somehow Butcher Bibi believes that the ZIONAZIS are justified in assassinating the maximum number of Palestinian landowners to achieve ownership of GAZA lands, and now to expand to fulfil ”the Greater Isrevil Dream” of claiming, without historical precedent, ALL the land between the Nile and Euphrates Rivers, regardless of present boundaries of existing sovereign nations.
So why then were the population control policies of Germany 1933-1945 considered ”crimes against humanity”??

I watched the ABC Television program National Forum with David Speers on Monday. Basically it replaces the canned Q&A but seems to base its discussion on a single pre-determined subject : on this occasion it was all about antisemitism with a panel and audience who all seemed to agree that having objections to the actions of the Netanyahu government and believing that the Palestinian people deserve their own independent state was all good.
As a blueprint for a program format it may not have legs as, filling a studio with people who agree with one another doesn’t make for riveting viewing.
Having agreed that we are none of us antisemites, the program failed to address the elephants in the room : the ongoing deprivations in Gaza and failed to touch on 700,000 Lebanese being hustled out of Beirut because of an Israeli bombing onslaught. Neither did it confront the ongoing killings of Palestinians on the West Bank and the blatant theft of land by Jewish settlers.
This somewhat one-eyed TV program has again demonstrated an inability for the ABC to address controversial situations head-on.
Speers and his ilk are just confirmation that the ABC is nothing but Murdoch garbage lite.Aunty continues the path to shitsville.
And there’s every chance that the animal Netanyahu will light the purple touch paper on a giant cracker….and then flee to Moscow.
