Two hundred thirty-three days ago Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth committed a monstrous war crime. He conspired with his fellow war criminal President Trump to attack Iran posing no threat to America whatsoever.
On day one Hegseth directed his ‘war fighters’ to bomb the Shajareh Tayyebeh Elementary School in Minab, Iran. The dastardly attack killed 120 students, 26 female teachers, the unborn child of a pregnant teacher, seven parents, a school bus driver, and a technician at a nearby clinic. Aboard Air Force One Hegseth demurred to his war criminal boss Trump who claimed Iran, not the US, must have been responsible for bombing their own folks because… ’They’re terrible shots.’
But Hegseth did order a Pentagon investigation, which, ‘wink, wink’ was sure to reveal the truth.
We’ve learned from a Bloomberg investigation that Pentagon officials, and of course Hegseth, were aware within hours the US was responsible due to flawed intelligence, outdated imagery, and an overreliance on AI. But with an election coming up, Hegeth, mindful how the slaughter of 120 little kids nd 36 parents and teachers might affect even MAGA diehards, has directed the Pentagon to wait until after the November 3 election before releasing the Pentagon report.
We shouldn’t be surprised if war criminal Hegseth tries to explain away the damning report of the grotesque war crime he unleased on those little Iranian students and their teachers last February 28 with the preface… ’I guess that Super Intelligence we used to mistakenly bomb the Shajareh Tayyebeh Elementary School in Minab, Iran wasn’t so Super after all.’

A tragedy of equal proportions (but no less significant) is the altered state of mind that will plague the US Air Force crews in their later life. No matter how they have been psychologically influenced in their training they participated the deliberate and indiscriminate bombing defenceless civilian targets across Iran. Nobody can assuage them of their guilt that will remain long after Trump and Hegseth disappear into history.
