Women UNLIMITED Leadership Summit Media Release
Following the successful Women UNLIMITED Leadership Summit in 2025, The Hatchery announces the next summit taking place in early 2026 with headliner 49th Vice President of the United States, Kamala Harris.
This instalment of Women UNLIMITED will take place across Australia from 18th to 20th February 2026, where Vice President Kamala Harris will make exclusive in-person appearances in Canberra and Sydney for a fireside chat with Leigh Sales AM.
Following unprecedented demand for the September 2025 dates, The Hatchery, the company behind the Summit, are already well underway in planning the 2026 event, securing the first woman, Black American and South Asian American to be elected Vice President of the United States as the headline speaker.
The seasoned event will again bring together top leaders across numerous sectors, including government, NFP, education and corporate, to hear from several high-calibre leaders alongside Harris, empowering women in leadership across all sectors. The theme is set to be ‘redefining possibilities’, challenging attendees to re-think leadership limits, expand their mindset and take a proactive approach to confronting challenges.
“Women UNLIMITED isn’t just about hearing from extraordinary leaders, it’s about giving thousands of women the tools, networks, and confidence to step into leadership roles and create meaningful change.” shares Ellen Foxall, Head of Production at The Hatchery.
“Bringing Vice President Kamala Harris to the Women UNLIMITED stage reflects the calibre of conversations Australian women deserve access to, and the momentum we’ve built since 2023 shows just how powerful this platform has become.”
