State Dept. spills the beans… “Bibi made Trump do it”

By Walt Zlotow

Apparently, State Dept. legal advisor Reed Rubinstein didn’t get Trump’s memo to erase Israel’s major involvement in Trump’s failed war on Iran.

It’s bad enough the war is a complete failure, accomplishing none of Trump’s objectives while precipitating global economic decline. If stopped today, it would take months to fully restore the economic calamity engulfing the world. Further delay, currently conducted by Trump desperately seeking an off-ramp, spells economic catastrophe.

As horrendous as Trump’s war is, it wasn’t even his idea. Trump was simply following orders from his real boss, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. On February 11, Netanyahu arrived at the White House with Mossad Director David Barnea. They encouraged, if not, demanded invasion. The Netanyahu-Barnea tag team argued Iran would collapse within a couple of days from a combination of assassinating Iran’s leader Ali Khamenei, massive bombing, Mossad-fomented civil unrest and ground incursions by Kurdish fighters. Not surprisingly, the opposite occurred. The Iranian people rallied around their government in as existential battel to the death. Iran closed the Strait of Hormuz choking off a fifth of world oil supply and inflicted massive damage on Israel and US Gulf States bases with thousands of missiles. The Netanyahu-Barnea presentation was a blizzard of lies Trump swallowed whole in spite of intelligence assessments to the contrary.

Trump blundered into the biggest military disaster in America’s 250 years. But he refuses to tell the truth that Netanyahu ‘made’ him do it because he must maintain the fiction the war is necessary to protect the Homeland from an imaginary Iranian nuke fired from an imaginary Iranian ICBM. Gifting Netanyahu with a favour to obliterate his arch enemy – Iran – is not in the US rulebook for allowing 13 US servicepersons killed and over 400 injured in furtherance of a lost war.

Of course, anyone following the war knows the sordid truth. Under pressure, Trump blatantly lied:

“Israel never talked me into the war with Iran. The results of Oct. 7th, added to my lifelong opinion that IRAN CAN NEVER HAVE A NUCLEAR WEAPON. I watch and read the FAKE NEWS Pundits and Polls in total disbelief. 90% of what they say are lies and made up stories, and the polls are rigged, much as the 2020 Presidential Election was rigged.”

But Rubenstein punctured that fiction with this public statement:

“As the United States has explained in multiple letters to the UN Security Council, including most recently on March 10, the United States is engaged in this conflict at the request of and in the collective self-defense of its Israeli ally as well as in the exercise of the United States’ own inherent right of self-defense.”

Good grief. Trump launched a failed criminal war blowing up the world economy because he had to enable an ally rid itself of an imaginary threat. Trump forgot Diplomacy 101 which teaches that allies don’t let allies launch criminal wars, much less take the lead in that murder and mayhem.

  1. With Australia too fast becoming a vassal 52nd US state and the ZIONAZIS getting into too many political ears under the Canberra Bubble, perhaps it is time to encourage the export of ZIONAZIS from Australia to any other country, possibly in Africa where before WWII the ZIONAZIS were considering becoming established.

Butcher Bibi directs the amoral IDF at the authorisation of the religious nutter Knesset following their pipedreams borne after their march in chains to Babylon. This assassination, dispossession & displacement of Indigenous Palestinians has deliberately caused the deaths of 70,000+ person in the GAZA GENOCIDE, another 1,000+ deaths in the Occupied West Bank where renegade European & American colonist settlers are ”stealing” houses at gunpoint without accountability. Then there is the continuing demolition of Lebanon to remove those Indigenous persons.

Meanwhile, the western democratic world stands back, fingers in ears to block the screech of falling missiles & drones while the self-appointed ”King Without Clothes” goes about generating enormous profits for the US Military Industrial Complex and providing re-development opportunities for the international financial carpet-baggers to exploit into the 22nd century.

  2. Political perverts bob up, corrupting all history once you analyse it properly enough. Murdering, thieving, lying, oppressing, utterly self fixated swine are the norm, with armies, conquests, tributes, boasts, any spoils going. We peasants (ants for short) suffer horror, crime, pillage. Trump and Netanyahu do not care, though we do the making and serving. So, now we need a wall. Trump and gang need the Maximilian process. Civilisation needs a conclusion to this brainless age of evil.

  3. @NEC: Sorry, I disagree – don’t send them to Africa, (enough problems there), send them back to Israel, (Bibi says it’s the safest nation for Jews), where at least we know where they are and what they are doing. But get them out of Canberra first!!

  4. Amen to that Mediocrates, but not just out of Canberra, out of every area where their pernicious influence exists. It would be an interesting, not to say enlightening exercise for someone with the expertise to explore this web of Zionist influence, for example which MP’s have taken freebie trips to Israel, which have accepted donations from Jewish front organisations for Zionism and the extent of Zionist Jewish organisational influence in our universities and other cultural institutions. News of Jillian Segal’s outrageous proposed handbook on anti-semitism with its adoption of the IHRA definition of anti-semitism is an excellent example of Zionist overreach and her actual appointment is proof of the extent and depth of this influence.

  5. What has happened to Israel; was it prophesy or profligacy?

David Ben-Gurion was the first prime Minister of Israel, serving two terms for a total of over 13 years (1948–1953 and 1955–1963). As the primary founder of the state, he declared independence in 1948 and led Israel through its formative years, including the 1948 Arab-Israeli War and the 1956 Sinai Campaign.

“Let us not ignore the truth among ourselves … politically we are the aggressors and they (the Palestinians) defend themselves… The country is theirs, because they inhabit it, whereas we want to come here and settle down, and in their view we want to take away from them their country.”

    David Ben-Gurion

    and this :

“The present map of Palestine was drawn by the British mandate. The Jewish people have another map which our youth and adults should strive to fulfill: from the Nile to the Euphrates.”

    David Ben-Gurion

*The “Nile to the Euphrates” represents a biblical term for “Greater Israel” , territory stretching from the “Nile of Egypt” to the Euphrates River in Mesopotamia. It spans the modern-day countries of Israel, Palestine, Lebanon, Jordan, and parts of Egypt (Sinai), Syria, Iran, Iraq, and Saudi Arabia.

Netanyahu’s objectives can only be achieved with Trump’s ongoing support for the Israeli war-machine.

  6. @TM: I agree totally with all of that. I believe that a survey of the “Israel takers” embedded in our political process has been done but I can’t find it atm. As to your last sentence:
“….Netanyahu’s objectives can only be achieved with Trump’s ongoing support for the Israeli war-machine….”
I firmly believe that if we could convince our politicians to publicly and internationally decry and reject both Trump and Netanyahu’s policies of Middle East domination then that would really bruise Trump’s ego and inform Netanyahu that Australia rejects the penetration of Zionism into our sovereign processes of governance.
But first our illustrious occupants in Canberra will ask permission from Rupert.

  7. When author cites allies/frenemies Netanyahu and Trump, they miss the other of the three amigos, Putin.

Shared interests plus players including Kushner, Tone’s chum ex Hungarian PM ‘mini Putin’ Orbán, UAE’s MBZ, Farage, the far right, Evangelical Christians etc.

Good for Putin if his ally Iran is soaking up US made munitions that cannot be exported to Europe, to help Ukraine vs Putin?

Meanwhile some indie media outlets are still following US/UK ‘faux anti-imperialist tankie sh*theads of the left’ (copyright Eric Draitser, ex Counter Punch) who refuse to acknowledge the links above? (same appear to be easily astroturfed due to laziness, not checking sources & following US grifters).

Because they contradict their own narratives or Kremlin talking points blaming Ukraine, NATO, EU and US (till Trump’s re-election) for Ukraine’s invasion by Russia, then on Iran it’s Albanese, Marles and Wong blamed for US/Israel war vs Iran? Cheap and risible, but also reflects issue of media research, fact checking and editors.

This past week US/Russian journalist Olga Lautmann has shown how Israel has bought and/or allows trans shipment of stolen Ukrainian grain by Russia, no comment from Trump or most media?

  8. @ Romeo Charlie: Some work was done for showing the ZIONAZI influence in the US government back in the 2000s. Naturally this influence would have increased in the twenty (20) years since.
